These Terms of Delivery apply to all orders placed with Eos Cosmetics Ltd, Unit DA2 Sutherland House, 43 Sutherland Road, London E17 6BU ("we", "us", "our") through eoscosmetics.co.uk.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving payment. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by a delay outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
Our couriers will make reasonable attempts to deliver to the address you have provided. If delivery cannot be completed, a notification will be left and alternative arrangements will be made. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us, in which case we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If goods are damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eoscosmetics.co.uk, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
We shall not be liable for any failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, industrial action, or disruption to courier services.
These Terms of Delivery are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
