At Eos Cosmetics Ltd, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 working day of payment being confirmed.
At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery speed. We offer a range of shipping options, with standard delivery typically arriving within 1–2 working days from dispatch. The available options and their costs are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eoscosmetics.co.uk with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Eos Cosmetics Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
