Who is EOS Cosmetics?
EOS Cosmetics Ltd is a UK company selling pet grooming (PAWY), laundry and cosmetic raw ingredients (VAXEN), and personal care and cleaning ranges (LOLE'S, ProWipe) direct from this store and on Amazon UK.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How do I know my order has gone through?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us with the name and email used at checkout and we will locate the order.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed for dispatch we will do our best to change or cancel it.

What is your returns policy?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods for a refund. For hygiene reasons, sealed products such as wipes and soap cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items are always refunded or replaced. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

PAWY Pet Grooming: Common Questions

Can I use dog shampoo on my cat?
No. Dogs and cats have different skin, and cats groom themselves by licking, so products should be species-matched. PAWY has separate lines: Cat Dry Shampoo and Cat Detangler Spray for cats, and Dog Shampoo, Dog Conditioner, Dog Dry Shampoo and Dog Detangler Spray for dogs. The one deliberate crossover is PAWY Ear Cleaning Solution, formulated for both, with a lower drop count for cats.

What ages are PAWY products suitable from?
It differs by product, so check each label. Dog Dry Shampoo and Dog Shampoo: from 6 weeks. Cat Dry Shampoo, Dog Conditioner and the Ear Cleaner: from 8 weeks. Cat Detangler and Dog Detangler: from 12 weeks. Never use a product below its stated age.

What is the difference between dry shampoo and regular dog shampoo?
Regular shampoo is a wet wash: dilute, lather, rinse. Dry shampoo is a no-rinse foam you massage in, brush through and wipe away with a towel, no water involved. Use the 500ml Dog Shampoo for a full bath, and the Dry Shampoo foam for freshening up between baths or for dogs that hate water.

My pet's skin or ears look sore. Which product should I use?
None yet: speak to your vet first. PAWY products are grooming and hygiene products, not treatments. If skin appears red, broken or irritated, or ears look red or sore, smell unusual, or your pet is scratching or head-shaking persistently, a vet visit comes before any grooming product.

VAXEN: Common Questions

What does "cosmetic grade" mean?
It means the ingredient is supplied to a purity and documentation standard suitable for cosmetic formulation. VAXEN raw ingredients (SCI powder, SCS granules, cetearyl alcohol pellets) carry the full INCI name, CAS number and batch information on every pack, for formulators who need traceable, documented ingredients.

Is VAXEN Sodium Percarbonate the same as oxygen bleach?
Yes. Sodium percarbonate is the active ingredient sold as oxygen bleach or green bleach. VAXEN supplies it pure, as a coated powder: the coating locks out moisture, prevents clumping and keeps the oxygen release consistent through the life of the bag. Available in 1500g and 3000g resealable bags.

Which VAXEN surfactant should I use for shampoo bars?
Both, usually. SCI (sodium cocoyl isethionate) gives a dense, creamy foam and mildness; SCS (sodium coco-sulfate) gives high-foam performance and strong cleansing. Many syndet bar recipes blend the two, often with cocamidopropyl betaine. Cetearyl alcohol then thickens and stabilises creams and conditioners. See the Raw Ingredients collection for all three.

LOLE'S: Common Questions

What is the difference between LOLE'S Stain Remover and VAXEN Sodium Percarbonate?
LOLE'S Stain Remover is a ready-to-use laundry booster built on sodium percarbonate: pre-measured for laundry use at around 30g per load, in two resealable 750g bags. VAXEN Sodium Percarbonate is the pure ingredient, for laundry plus wider household cleaning at your own dilutions. If you mainly want easier laundry stain removal, choose LOLE'S; if you want one pure powder for the whole home, choose VAXEN.

Are LOLE'S XL Body Wipes suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formulation is pH balanced, hypoallergenic and alcohol-free, made with plant-based ingredients, and suitable for sensitive skin, which also makes the wipes a considerate option in care settings where skin may be fragile or reactive.

Can I flush LOLE'S wipes?
No. Do not flush any of our wipes: dispose of used wipes in a waste bin to prevent blockages, as stated on the pack.

ProWipe: Common Questions

Are pet wipes and car wipes interchangeable?
No, use each for its job. ProWipe Pet Wipes are formulated for animal fur and skin, with Organic Aloe Vera and Vitamin E. ProWipe Car Wipes are formulated for interior car surfaces such as dashboards, vinyl, leather seats and trim, and are not for use on pets.

How many wipes are in ProWipe packs?
Both ProWipe lines come as 40 wipes per pack, with 4-packs containing 160 wipes in total. Pet Wipes measure 20 x 15 cm; Car Wipes are generously sized for interior surfaces.
