1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of eoscosmetics.co.uk and the purchase of products from Eos Cosmetics Ltd, Unit DA2 Sutherland House, 43 Sutherland Road, London E17 6BU ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We sell cleaning products, personal care products, pet cosmetics and care products, and cosmetic raw materials. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, however minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Orders and Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is a pricing error.

5. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@eoscosmetics.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty or not as described.

Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to deduct from any refund for diminishment in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

6. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Eos Cosmetics Ltd and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
