Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will refund the full price of the goods plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return. Returned goods should be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sealed personal care and cleaning products (such as wipes and soap) cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless faulty. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with your order number and photos and we will refund or replace it; your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. To start a return, contact us at info@eoscosmetics.co.uk with your order number. Return postage for non-faulty returns is the customer's responsibility.
